Dr. Juliana is a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Unionville, Markham, with special interests in mental wellness, hormone balancing and anything related to women’s health.
She believes that one’s environment – be it physical, mental, emotional, social or spiritual – is the key to wellness and sometimes the source of illnesses too. She understands the mind-body connection and how emotional states are an integral part of one’s holistic health. Dr. Juliana values disease prevention and health promotion by utilising naturopathic tools such as botanical medicine, nutrition, counselling and acupuncture, among other treatments.
Prior to her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), Dr. Juliana Rosario Yeung completed a Bachelor in Environmental and Agricultural Sciences at McGill University. During her clinical year at CCNM, she provided care for people living with HIV/AIDS at the Community PHA Naturopathic Clinic of the Sherbourne Health Centre. She also travelled to Guangzhou, China to complete an externship at the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
Dr. Juliana has additional training in facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture, field botanical medicine, holistic counselling and naturopathic doula support. She is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario. She is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She is a proud member of Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
